All quoted charter rates and prices are exclusive of VAT.

If the Client requests to start or end the charter at a port other than the vessel’s home port, additional delivery and/or redelivery fees will apply.

Any changes to the itinerary regarding pick-up and drop-off points may incur supplemental mooring or positioning charges.

The Captain holds sole command of the vessel. If the Captain deems conditions unsafe, the charter will be rescheduled or refunded. "Unsafe conditions" are determined at the Captain's professional discretion.
