At Chauffeur Turkey, we take pride in providing premium chauffeur services and aim for complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for bookings made with us.

 

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations by the Client

 

1.1 Standard Cancellations:

    •    More than 48 hours before pickup time: 100% refund.

    •    Between 24–48 hours before pickup time: 50% refund.

    •    Less than 24 hours before pickup time: No refund.

 

1.2 No-Shows:

If the passenger is not present at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (without prior notice), the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

 

 

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellations by Chauffeur Turkey

 

If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdown or driver illness) and cannot provide a suitable replacement:

    •    We will offer a full refund or

    •    Offer to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability.

 

 

3.⁠ ⁠Delays & Changes

 

3.1 Client-Requested Delays:

If your schedule changes and you delay the pickup by more than 30 minutes without prior agreement, we reserve the right to treat the booking as a no-show.

 

3.2 Flight Delays:

If you have provided accurate flight details, we will monitor flight status and adjust pickup time accordingly without penalty.

 

 

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

5.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Services

 

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    •    Special vehicle requests that incur extra costs

    •    Additional services (e.g., event parking permits, special arrangements) once confirmed

    •    Third-party costs booked on your behalf
