Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings and Pricing

VAT Exclusion: All prices quoted online, via email, or over the phone are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT will be calculated and added to the final invoice at the applicable legal rate.

Peak Seasons & Special Occasions: Novarossa Travel reserves the right to adjust pricing during peak travel seasons, holidays, and major special events (including but not limited to festivals, concerts, sporting events, and high-demand public holidays). Dynamic pricing or event surcharges may apply.

Quotes: Any quote provided is valid for 7 days from the date of issue, subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
2. Amendments and Cancellations
We understand that travel plans change. However, to maintain our high standard of service, the following policy applies:

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [e.g., 24/48 hours] prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable admin fees).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [e.g., 24 hours] of the scheduled pickup time will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

No-Shows: If a passenger fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.
3. Airport Transfers & Flight Delays

Flight Tracking: We monitor flight arrival times based on the flight number provided during booking.

Complimentary Waiting Time:

Airport Pickups: Includes [e.g., 45 or 60 minutes] of complimentary waiting time from the actual time the flight lands.

Standard Pickups (Non-Airport): Includes [e.g., 15 minutes] of complimentary waiting time.

Extended Delays: Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at our standard hourly rate, subject to driver availability.
4. Passenger Conduct and Damage

Passenger Safety: All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times in accordance with local laws.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning: The Client is responsible for any damage or excessive soiling caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. A minimum cleaning/repair fee of [e.g., $150 / €150] will be charged to cover professional valet or repair services if necessary.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse transport to any person who is thought to be under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
5. Liability and Force Majeure

Delays Beyond Our Control: While we always strive to ensure absolute punctuality, Novarossa Travel cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes severe weather conditions, extreme traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, strikes, or force majeure events.

Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our chauffeurs will assist with loading and unloading, Novarossa Travel accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage/items left in the vehicle.
